I stopped reading after he insulted our team and got Speroni mixed up with Kiraly.

Spends quite a bit of time insulting our defense even though we are in the top half of the defensive record table under Pulis.

Lighten up man, its actually quite funny, nothing malicious in it at all.

It's not malicious but it's a tad ill-researched and, dare I say, arrogant and symptomatic of the attitude the 'big' clubs' fans have towards the 'lesser' teams.

Martinez will, of course, have done his homework more thoroughly than this scouser.

Agreed badly researched in places, but a good read and some good pics as well. Lets hope Martinez concentrates mainly on his team and not ours as i can see us nicking this 2-1, based on the fact we are actually better than people give us credit for.

He needs a writing job somewhere.

However, if we're 'going through a new manager renaissance' as he puts it, it's the longest one that I've ever seen.

Unfortunately for Crystal Palace being associated with Pulis is like starting to see a girl who is sound enough but once upon a time gave out w***s to an entire coach full of rugby lads when wrecked. She may be sound in the house, super in bed and a great person to be around but the deed is done. And you can see it in people’s eyes when they look at you both sat there in the local Wetherspoons.

Priceless!

Absolute genius analogy...and I do see that look in peoples eyes when I talk to them about Pulis.

very good analogy

we're the Arthur, we're the Arthur, we're the Arthur over here!

A good read and fantastic (uncaptioned) photos. Generally quite favourable to us: 0-0 seems to be the favourite score. And, a nice touch, several worried about our fans arriving to a postponed match due to the weather. Beginning to warm to Evertonians ...

Can't say I've ever once had a bad thought about Everton or any of their fans. One of the most inoffensive teams I can think of. Of course, this could bite me up the bum if we get tonked tonight and one of them comes on here to rub it in, but for the time being I have nothing bad to say about them.

I prefer the toffee men to the Kopites. Not so uptight and are used to periods of mediocrity.

I absolutely love the sign on the wall behind the goal at Goodison...

"Grass is grown by the inch, but ruined by the foot, KEEP OFF THE PITCH".

Great read, always liked Everton, proper football club. Great picture of Trevor Francis chasing down Billy Gilbert...
