Hopefully TP, Moody and Parish are looking at potential players who crave football, being in the 1st XI, in the top league, with a club that is on the up, and a manager players want to play for, and are confident in his ability to beat relegation.

According to The Mirror today (yeah, yeah I know) someone is making bids for players that Tony Pulis doesn't want and Ivan Ramis was quoted as the example so one might say "Thank God that one didn't come off" as we would be left wondering why we paid £x million for a player that Pulis doesn't play

Why oh why is Parish looking at Players! Summer proved it's not his forte! TP and Moody should be looking at players and their deals and then presenting that expenditure to the owners for approval!
I can't help but get the feeling that SP believes the club is his when really he is in a consortium of owners! He employed Moody to do a job and employed TP with certain promises to do a job! Let them do their jobs on the basis of the terms they were employed on and judge them on that. If SP still wants to be involved let Moody go!

I don't think he is 'looking at players' by scouting them or going through catalogues of players available. He and the others have the say on what money is or isn't spent now, or contracted for the next 4 years or so. By that I mean not agreeing to a contract for a player who wants £35k - £45 without ANY relegation clauses whatsoever because he's never had to, and in his mind, never has to. We are not PLC, it essentially is currently a local business, trying to nudge its way into the bigger market without hamstringing itself if we get relegated, which there is a chance of signigns or not.
