I remember it was puncheon who had to go off once for a s***e once when playing for Southampton and got stick when he came back on and recently he was on soccer am and went home early as he said he was ill, He probably has anxiety issues as at the end of the day he is the same as the rest of us... a human being... IMO he is a confidence player and person and I am sure if we want to see the best of him we need to back him and maybe even come up with a song for him then I feel we would truly see him perform to the full talent he no doubt has. He keeps the ball so tight to his feet when dribbling and wears defenders down, he has vision and is not scared to shoot and attack the opposition.

Puncheon without a shadow of a doubt has the worst first touch in the team. I'm sorry but when an 11 year old has a better touch than a premier league player you can't rate the player. And just cause he scored the winning goals it doesn't make him amazing, watch the match and watch the amount of mistakes he makes week in week out and don't just go on the highlights

To say that Puncheon has a poor touch or can't be bothered is unbelievable! He does make mistakes, but always shows for the ball and never hides. Because he has so many touches he will, almost inevitably, make more mistakes. He does sometimes get caught on the ball, because he dwells too long seeking the pass rather than playing it long and he might have scored more, but then that's true of most of our attacking players. he is an important player for the team and gets much more stick than he deserves.
