Anyone else on here used to play for the Crystal Place supporters team of the era above? We used to play the fans of the team Palace were playing in the afternoon in the morning. We were sponsored by Geoff who i think was a director at CPFC and owned a catering equipment hire company in Streatham. Played Millwall once and it kicked off, no surprise there , but then they gave us free tickets to the match in their family enclosure where we got pelted with burgers and chips by the family lol. Our single police escort decided to move us at half time. Also played the local police who paraded a shed load of trophies before the game at selhurst only for us to turn them over.

I played a few matches, It seemed to be organised by the 'Eagle Eye' boys. I scored a penalty against Arsenal at the Crystal Palace sports centre, when we beat them 5-0 in 1990, which unfortuately wasn't repeated at Selhurst Park that afternoon.

Not so much a supporters team but our Sunday side Castle Athletic made up of mostly Palace fans entered a team in the Eagle Eye 5 a side tournament in about 1995 and won it! I seem to remember Oldham entered a side and called themselves OASIS (Oldham Athletic Supporters In the South). Edited by Johnnyeagle (12 Jul 2013 9.25pm)
