Hello all, Wondering if anyone can help me with evaluating this item I found, it was from a relatives house that he got many many years ago and wanted to know a little bit more about this kit and how much it's worth... Front view of kit: [Link] Rear view of kit: [Link] Classic Football Shirts link: [Link] Notes - Ultra rare yellow and black fourth shirt as worn in the 1990 FA Cup Final Replay. After a thrilling 3-3 draw against Manchester United the side were beaten 1-0 in the replay after a 59th minute Lee Martin strike. Very few of these shirts were produced, making this an extremely collectable item THIS ITEM HAS A SLIGHT RED MARK ON THE NUMBER ON THE REAR OF THE SHIRT... wondering what it's valued at?

If it were mine and if it is genuinely from 1990 I wouldn't part with it for less than £350.

I wouldn't pay more than £3.50 for it. I wholeheartedly blame it for our cup final defeat. Nothing else, just the shirt contributed to our loss. Hated it then, hate it now. Looks like a bloody bumble bee. Edited by gmostone (09 Jun 2013 11.24pm)

I have one too, the red mark on the number on the back isn't a mark. The VIRGIN and the number are both red, this shirt has been washed so many times the red has worn out to the white. Happened to mine too. I would value a good nick one at £350 and your one as about £200 (because of the faded sponsor and number).

Many thanks all for the info. I don't follow football or Palace lol, just wanted to know it's true value. Think I'll hols onto it for a few more years and hopefully add value! Didn't know that about it being red numbered either!

Agree with Gmostone Most awful kit we have ever had Wundt give tuppence for it After a fantastic first game the replay was dire I blame the kit Mark Hughes ruined my life 7 mins to go in the first game
you may not be paranoid, but they really are out to get you... |

I thought that kit was a mistake if not downright embarrassing.Especially after United showed a bit of class in the first game when their change kit was a replica of the one they wore in the 1957 FA Cup Final.I went to the replay by the way.
