Liking how 'Arry is raping the Super Hoops though, I wonder how many brown paper bags he's received full of cash he's had already, makes me laugh that they call Reading the Fake Hoops. Edited by Bin Liner (16 Feb 2013 11.37am) To be fair, Rosie has a lot to answer for with this!

I'm not worried about all this bigger sized club nonsense, if Bill Gates/The Sultan of Brunei?Carlos Slim/Warren Buffet was to buy our club and pump in £200 million every year I'd walk away, it's not the way I want see any club run, hardly rocket science, throw a billion at any club buy £50 million pound players and pay them £10 million a year and highly likely you'll start winning the odd piece of silverware. Edited by Bin Liner (16 Feb 2013 11.37am) you`d just walk away would you , cause you would ! when you support a club your saddled with them for good ,thick and thin. Most of us are so emotionally attatched to their club that walking away isnt an option , you sound more like a Fulham fan to me.
Well perhaps you have now. I find it more amusing that we have a Chelsea, a Fulham and a QPR fan all on this thread. All we need is a Brentford fan and we could have a real 'humdinger'. As for your point, Although any club wishes for investment, for me, most of us Palace fans are happy with a 'gradual improvement' style of shrewd spending. If someone wanted to give us money (equity free) then great stuff, however id always vote for the current owners if I had a choice. We have been in Administration twice in 13 years, it really is not any fun and the thought of ending up like that again does not bare thinking about. Thats why having a sugar daddy owner is so risky (long term). It may bring short term success but in will only end in tears in the long term. If I had to chose a west London club to support based on how a team is run, it would be Brentford all day long for me.
