IH alluded to the fact that as well as making money out of selling players at Blackpool, Oyston is not adverse to doing the same with managers. He's now had two lots of compensation in the last 3 months ! I do feel for the fans, having an owner like that must be depressing.

Talking to Michael Appletons wife yesterday he left Blackpool as they have refused to pay the £100,000 for a new pitch to be relaid which he was promised when he took over. Also after been promised funds,he was then told to sell Tom ince and Alex baptiste and how they cannot afford to bring in players on permanent contracts. But to only get maximum of 2 loan signings.Micheal also played for Preston north end when the Blackburn owner was the director at Preston ten years ago. .Thats why he left.

Still arguably far better than he was used to. As for selling Tom Ince and Alex Baptiste - thats almost a certainity for the transfer window anyhow.
