You're right. Our self-belief seemed to drain away a bit after that game. It was "only" 3-0 but they played us off the park. It came as something of a reality check and we never quite got over it.

first time I've ever seen those goals, what a team they had, Ray Kennedy/Dalglish/Terry McDermott, Jimmy Case, as one of the comments said it certainly seemed to go down hill from that game.
