Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

We seem to have more and more dangerous weirdos on our streets, however, there's not enough room to lock them all up and seemingly no credible deterrent. A similar situation with overflowing prisons occurred in Trinidad when I was there some 20 years ago - their solution was to take a few of the nastiest criminals out for a stroll each day and hang them. It proved to be an amazing deterrent as well as vfm for the taxpayer ... just saying
