This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

The club doesn't do e-tickets anymore. When I phoned Box Office today to ask for my Nantes ticket in this format I was told that they no longer do e-tickets and therefore i have to go to the BO before the game and have a paper one printed out.

It is a shame you haven’t got a smart phone because it really is a doddle, as soon as I’d booked our tickets I got an e-Mail and clicked on download to phone and it’s there, I then forward the e-Mail to the others I’m going with…….whether it works when we go through the turnstile is another matter

Hi all this policy or forcing Etickets really grates my gears! I have always asked for a plastic card due to the phone I have not accepting apps or etickets (work phone) Box office have told me there was a July 1st deadline for plastic cards which obviously I knew nothing about! Anyway they've said I can either get myself a phone that can accept Etickets or collect paper tickets on match day with photo ID or get a refund for my season ticket!

Sorry to hear that you got that response from the club. Do you know if 1st July was when you had to ask by (as i made request on season ticket form) or that is when they posted them out?

Hi Eritheagle no mate because I had a plastic card from the start due to learning disability I didnt think to ask until last week & then I got that response! Club should definitely offer the option even if £20 charge I'd happily pay it! I did reply & told them of my disgust! But they simply don't care mate!
