Not the brightest tack in the box.

Then again anyone who voted tory given the last 14 years or reform given... well... reform are not working to the highest intellectual bench mark

Another smug lefty who thinks he is intellectually superior.

Keep dreaming...

Farage may well shock a few people if he is ever allowed to talk in the HOC.

In this election the people did get what they wanted most, they got the tories out.

It is an unfair system but don't forget there was a referendum and the vote went to FPP.

Another referendum would be a good idea as people have moved on from that view imo.

A huge majority for Labour, should get two terms.

We will see if Starmer has the skill to keep us out of conflicts that Harold Wilson did, quite shortly.

That's really the only blot on the horizon, at the moment.

A majority of 170 was based on the support of a third of the electorate who decided to vote. The number of marginal constituencies is at its highest since the war. Starmer has the potential to become very unpopular long before 2029.

I'd make the same comment if there was a vote surge to the populist hard left.

And it was aimed at those in glass houses...

Quite correct and informed by the experience of your own beloved party.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

He won't be blocked. Labour will fall over themselves to give him enough rope. Probably a mistake.

But it won't be him who screws Reform. Try as they might, they lack the resources, experience and bureaucracy to prevent one or more of their members from sleep walking into the self destruct button.

I think you will find that their first priority will be to tackle those very problems.
Reform's success will depend on becoming a proper political entity and less of a protest group.
That takes time and money to recruit the right people and set up a better framework.
I don't think Farage and Tice are messing around.

As a little aside /trivia after the Tories were stuffed there is now only 1 ground that is situated in a tory held constituency in the top 4 divisions

Sorry, I guess your intellectual superiority will just have to suffer our stupidity won't it.
