Starmer’s growth plan doomed without access to EU markets, warn economists.

Labour leader told if elected he will have to rejoin the customs union to meet party’s manifesto pledges, while 56% of voters say Brexit was bad for economy.

This.

I believe Cameron asked two things. No free movement and no euro.
They refused so we did brexit. Good riddance to the EU and frankly I haven’t noticed one jot of change. Apart from we can control our borders(not the illegals) and we don’t have the euro.

There is no doubt that the EU negotiators made some bad calculations in the belief that the British people wouldn’t ever vote to leave. They had more faith in us than was justified! There’s been heaps of change. Just look at how much more complicated the movement of goods has become. Which adds cost. The number of EU workers who have left and been replaced by those from elsewhere. Have you queued at EU immigration recently? Those are just for starters.

I see Google were again dabbing their hand at election interference today by blocking reforms adds and then unblocked them when called out.

Seems they and many others don't like Farage spillings truths about the ridiculous Ukraine narrative being driven.

Obviously untrue? You have NO proof. Like always, you're a fake.

Just look up the way the EU works! Fundamental change requires a treaty. A treaty is only passed if everyone accepts it. With us as members it would not even be attempted. Some may seek it, but would be unable to achieve it under the EU framework. We would never lose control over our fiscal or foreign policies. It’s unthinkable.

That’s the only proof that’s needed.

That’s not to say that there won’t be a harmonisation of policy in some areas where to do so makes sense. That though is not anything like full federalisation, even if some think it is It’s cooperation.

Much more likely to be concerned about them being picked up and spread around Russia. Helping the enemy is treason, which used to be a capital offence.

Google have good reason to be cautious!

We aren't at war with Russia.

A certain poster told me that several times.

Most sensible people would like that to remain the case.

The use of the word 'enemy' should not be thrown about.

what a tantrum the news media and those looney wokie "liberal" lefties are having about Nigel Farage.

A Green candidate, under the flag of Palastine, shouts Alah Akbar, and gets voted based on the terrorists Hamas and applause is given but when Farage speaks his mind the lefties have a meltdown and loose their minds.

Make it make sense.

You don’t have to be having a hot war to have enemies and Putin, and the regime he leads, most surely are our enemies!

He has been fighting an ideas and cyber war with the West for a very long time. He would like to destroy the West and anyone who thinks otherwise is fooling themselves.

Fair, but they are the other side in a cold/proxy war. Enemy might be too strong but it is somewhere between opposite number and enemy. One for the linguists I think...

It is irresponsible to peddle wild ridiculous conspiracy theories about Putin or indeed Farage.

Especially during times of misinformation and disinformation which runs rapid throughout the mainstream media and those lefty folk.
