I agree, but the issue is up to Olise, and possibly Eze, if he has a release clause, i, rightly or wrongly, think Olise is for Olise, no loyalty, but Eze isn't, more loyal and is happier with his lot.

Today’s athletic has a snippet on Olise. It states clubs need to agree a deal with Palace before approaching the player. The clic bait claiming Chelsea have agreed terms are therefore complete garbage or Chelsea are tapping him up and should be reported for doing so.

i would take this as a pinch of salt. Says deal is still some way off and Chelsea want pay in instalments. For UK transfers the full price has to be paid in 12 months (usually 50% upfront and 50% on the anniversary) so to pay in instalments the 'deal' must have extra payments e.g. based on appearances etc. As Palace have a release clause we are entitled to ask for the money upfront, and why wouldn't we?
