Sorry how it ended for Roy, but good f***ing riddance to that game management, I hope and pray.

Drop back to park the bus after our goal. Terrible subs (Ahumada? Why?) and then absolutely ZERO response to their equaliser. Gutless hoof and hope towards the end, no desire to fight back.

New manager isn't a silver bullet, but let's hope Olly's dental plan includes some teeth in front of goal.

I thought we played well up to when we scored. We then went into our shell and some players look knackered and as per usual we didn't make substitutes at the right time.

The shape of the team looked good although I would have played Franca rather than Eddie.

Hopefully OG will be tweaking the team rather than wholesale changes.

One more point

Decent effort. Hopefully the new 'gaffer' can find the missing spark for Saturday.

Agreed. Hope to god he keeps Sam in team

Learn how to defend corners...learn how to defend in the final 10 minutes rather than invite the opposition onto us...learn that throw ins are allowed to go to our own players..and we will be fine!!!

I would have taken a draw before the game.
We did look rather fatigued and this is perhaps the reason Everton started to dominate as we were pushed on to the back foot.

Well happy with a point. Sadly with players out injured our bench was so weak. After 60 minutes we were knackered and then Ayew scored :-) If we had a stronger bench we would have won that. Mateta looked done in just after half time. Perhaps an earlier change for him may have helped? Johnstone in my opinion flapped at the cross for their goal but other than that looked good. Onward to Saturday and a must win match :-)

It’s a point I’d certainly of taken before the game.

Some typical and familiar gripes with looking knackered and a late, set-piece goal but we’ve a new manager in so things may well change.

We showed there’s something to us yet, Glasnerr will no doubt play more ambitious football (beyond aiming for 0-0), new manager bounce hopefully, a decent run to come and maybe returnees.

There’s always plenty to moan at but I’m feeling unusually optimistic. Just want that cohesion and spirit back so I can start looking forward to our games again.

Well done on the away point lads, particularly Jordan. COYP!!!

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Disappointed to concede another late equaliser but on the whole a very improved away performance,We never looked like conceding in the first half and it was great not to see multiple pass backs to our keeper. If we had Eze and Olise we would have torn a poor Everton side apart! I think we went too defensive after we scored and looked worse after we took Edwuard off as defensively it made it easier for them as they only had Mateda to worry about.Thought Wharton looks a great buy and am now looking forward to the rest of the season as it looks like we will be playing more on the front foot.
