Hi - I've always enjoyed the FYP Podcast, but when I open the website at [Link] I just see an icon saying "Listen on Audioboom" where there used to be a list of recent podcasts. It's then asking me for a login. I've tried Amazon Music but it doesn't seem to be there.

Is the podcast still going on? Has anything changed this year? Has it gone behind a paywall?

Slightly Off topic but the title "Five Year Plan" got me thinking.

We hear this all the time from owners but it's just BS.

What exactly is the plan:

"To win things playing good football." Great how do you achieve that.

We get a good manager and assemble a good team.
- That's not a plan it's an aspiration. Most clubs aren't able to find a good manager or great players.

- Okay but your club is lucky and has done that so sit back and enjoy the ride, only....

- Other clubs take notice and start to rob you of your manager / players so now you are back to square 1. In other words you are not in control of your plan.

- 3 months ago we were 2/3 players short of being a really good side and we had started to play good football. Now I can't wait for the window to close as I fear we might lose more players.

- Even if we are lucky and get in good replacements they will take time to bed in so I am writing off this season already. Then next season if any of the players have excelled the big boys come calling rinse and repeat.

I know this happens at nearly all levels and to most clubs bar a tiny few, it's still very depressing.

5 year plan don't make me laugh.
