I did not witness the Charlton game yesterday but I understand that Mark Bright was going to the match. From all accounts Rak-Sakyi is performing with some aplomb and is popular with the Charlton supporters. Yes he is doing well at that level but he needs to toughen up if he wants to progress further. I do not see him ready for the PL but lets hope he has another growth spurt or spends time in the gym bulking up.

Can we call him back anytime we want or have we lost him till the end of the season? Just wondering.

we had a 6 month recall - and a number of other clubs were interested - but we've just agreed to allow him to stay until the end of the season. When on the ball he looks good, however, i've seen him (on TV) a couple of times and he struggles to impose himself on games so he can go periods without seeing much of the ball. Physically still a little on the small/light size too. Can see him being used as an impact sub at Palace next season with a potential championship loan if we have sufficient alternatives on the wing

We have only won 1 of our last 7 PL games and that was at struggling Bournemouth. In relation to the teams below us, I cannot see Everton, W.Ham, Wolves or Leicester plummeting through that relegation trapdoor.

If he has even half an idea where the goal is we should get him back.

He will be coming back from the C-word just in time to make up the step up from League 1 to the Championship for us,
