Sometime in the last few days my season ticket in Google wallet has moved to the 'expired passses' section. I know my friend has the same problem. Has anyone else got the same problem. I have E-mailed the box office and await their reply

So last season I used the digital ticket all good, about 6 weeks ago my 22/23 season ticket updated automatically in my google wallet……happy days. However tonight its disappeared FFS. Went into my app and tried to upload again and it’s not available. Went into my iPad and it’s there if I want to put it into my apple wallet on the iPad….. looks like I’ve got a long wait to get through to the box office tomorrow ….

What I horrible experience having a season ticket these days. I have 3 tickets for me and 2 boys and none of us can access tickets. My old nokia phone doesn’t NFC and my boys don’t have phones yet. No one answers Box Office or call backs. Thanks Parish for making the whole experience utterly miserable.
The beatings will stop when morale improves. |

From someone who was at the box office this morning(2hrs) The QR codes will appear in wallet 2hrs before KO. NFC works at turnstiles, those waiting for cards will be able to get re-print for tonight's game as there will be printing stations dotted around the ground(no charge). Apparently, the card machine used is broken & awaiting 'parts'. Oh, get there early, it's gonna be chaos. Good luck HOLer's.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Presumably QR codes appearing 2 hours before KO is another move to prevent (discourage) unauthorised sharing.
