I think that is the nub of the issue. Juve are prepared to pay part of his wages to get him off their books obviously they would prefer not to.

So let's assume PV wants him but we are only prepared to pay £100,000 a week (complete guess) however Newcastle will go much higher so Juve want him to go there but he wants London.
