Wanted - Norwich Home Tickets

Unfortunately I am not able to attend the Norwich game. The ticket I have for sale is in the Holmesdale Upper Tier, Gallery, Block N, Row2 (senior ticket) £23. This location gives a great view. I have had a friend buy me 2 tickets for me and my son (Christmas present for him) however the stepdad has tested positive and my son is going for a PCR tomorrow so we won’t be able to go … Is there a policy on refunds from the club?
