I quite like the fact that so many people are starting to write us off or assume that we will really struggle this season. Ironically that might take some pressure off the club in terms of managing expectations. The reality based on the early fixtures is that we will be near/at the bottom of the table over the next few weeks. However, as the new players settle in and we get everyone fit then hopefully we can plot a route to some stability, safety and surprise a few people along the way. I’m really impressed by PVs calm charisma – if he can install real belief in the players and get them through the rocky early start then we are in for a very interesting season. Boring it will not be!!!
