Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

didnt know he just had a baby, if he is a hands on dad then that could explain some of his lack of pace, but he does need to stop, think of his kids and smile when things are not going right. He did look better when direct running at brentford with 15mins to go, so more direct less tricks could work

Grab a free role. Come inside a receive the ball earlier. Head up, looking for give & go's. If you spend forever in a channel, inviting a defender to crawl all over you, then last weekend will become Groundhog Day for the rest of the season.

Know when to keep the ball moving, rather than slowing it down. There are so many opportunities when the right option is to play a 5yrd pass and then move into space and get the Or when he feels like he’s being held, instead of laying the ball off he’ll try and fight and battle and then shout at the ref if not given. It might be getting worse as he is feeling the pressure, but he just always looks like he is trying to prove something, that he is stronger, that he’s more skilful.
