Sometimes I wonder if we ever intend buying these players, but by putting in a bid, often derisory, SP can legitimately say “ we tried but didn’t quite get it over the line”. Our transfer sagas seem to drag on and on

The guy is a championship player, nobody knows how he will shape up in the EPL. If Zaha is worth £35 million. £12 million is about right for a guy not tried and tested in the PL

They'd accepted 5m for him so maybe we'll turn to him. He's a bit more in the Bolasie category,a bit more raw but bags of potential my mate tells me. Ideally I'd get them both.

Given that WetSpam have to sell to buy, there is perhaps a bit of wriggle room, but not much. Hopefully Palace will improve its offer enough to snatch a deal. We all know how much we need good young players
