Looked like last Tuesdays match had taken its toil on most out there for us today. Midfield was as poor as any time this season with Zaha living of scraps. Ref didn't help as well but not creating anything and letting the rough stuff get to us was a bit disappointing :-( but an away point was good :-)

Capoue is a thug. I saw him a game or two ago when he should have been sent off. Today he made two bookable challenges (at least) but despite letting the game go on in one instance Atkinson didn't come back and book him despite blatantly blocking Wilf off on the edge of the area. Atkinson clearly doing everything he could to side against Wilf. In fairness Watford had all the chances and probably deserved the win so we the draw seems a good result on reflection. I imagine they were looking to impress Pearson. We really don't seem to cope well against thuggish teams, but thankfully Cahill had Deeney in his pocket and even got away with a cheeky headlock.

I think the number of changes we've had to make at the back upset our rhythm. Andros clearly not ready to play two games in such quick succession (given his ongoing injury) and once Schlupp went off Wilf had little support down the left. Riedewald did not look comfortable at left-back, but did look good on the ball. If Schlupp and PvA are out maybe give Mitchell a chance in the next game?

Watford are s***, they would look at home playing on Purley Way or Mitcham Common.

Watford won't finish the season anywhere near the bottom, today's high intensity from them very evident of that, they killed our play today rather then we did it ourselves ..off the ball they as vicious as on it hence the temper of Zaha and others at the end.

Never ever anywhere near a pen absolute rubbish, Watford have improved hugely only the last four games and just not been able to put the ball into the net like today if you'd been watching them you'd know that, they are incredibly physical and have been for the last three seasons hence we struggle with them also like today, they could easily have scored but then again how many times did they foul us to stop us getting through? ..I actually lost count, Kelly was a liability in the second half almost every one of their near misses was solely due to him fucking it up, in the end a very fair result, their constant cheating outmanoeuvred all their good chances.

Watford have not improved greatly at all you are making up even more rubbish they only had 3 shots on target all game.

Being physical doesn't matter if they want to be silly like they did you exploit it and you keep winning freekicks then punish them with them Palace don't do this no brain football is Palace issue.

WHat do you expect from Kelly the guy is a center back yes when he was younger he played at that right position but it was a differ style back then also that was with much better quality players.

The whole team was poor excluding the keeper we should be ripping these apart yet same old dull defensive football trying to keep the ball when we are poor on the ball so end up giving it away.

We had 3 shots all game how is that acceptable to the team that is bottom of the league
