Got my pack today ... no DVD this year ... Instead what looks like a vacuum-packed scarf. Like everything else at the club so far this season - less value for the same money 😣

Only thing I looked forward to was the season review dvd. No membership for me next year. Don't really need it anyway, just thought I would support the club in another way.

My 7 year old son has a junior plus membership.Last year he received his shirt in October. Still not received anything this year although the club has had my money since April. The first batch of shirts should be sent out to members but I see people around Croydon wearing the new shirt. Totally unacceptable. I won't be renewing next year.

I am a ST holder and no offence to members but we pay a lot more per year and all we got this season is a new plastic card holder to put ST in. •10% Club shop discount •15% Stadium Tour Discount •Digital home match programmes •Exclusive Gold Member pack We don't get any of this surely that is not right?

The stadium tour discount wont be used by most. Season ticket holders get in cheaper, don't have to buy a cat b ticket as well as a cat a. The scarf will be given away to a younger person. Season ticket holders get a lot more Parish points etc.It's swings and roundabout really. The only worthy thing in the members pack now the dvd is gone is the fact you get a day early to book tickets, which is handy for people who don't know there weekend shift pattern. but you pay 55 pounds for the privilege.

True it is swings and roundabouts but the main issue for me really is the •10% Club shop discount which I think we should also get.

You can use my club membership number if you want to get your 10% off but would have to arrange to meet me outside the club shop.

Err... that's not actually true, because it depends on how many games you go to a season. I'm technically a student again for this season, and I worked out the cost for and against me getting an ST this year (I didn't due to a long distance relationship, plus some dates I know I can't make). This year, I'm aiming to make at least 15 home games, which will break about even for when I knew I could get a ST (latest bracket). If I make more, then I would be spending more than a ST holder (compared to the most expensive time to get a ST). At an adult rate, the difference is more exacerbated, so even if you bought a membership and a ST, that'll still be cheaper than membership + buying every home game at an adult rate. Saying that, it is bizarre that you don't get the discount from the shop... Edited by Dan1994 (10 Aug 2017 3.53pm)

Asked again about welcome pack and the lady just said they've been sent out as we speak.
