I'm not "in the loop" on this Marion business, so if it's going to be "trending" for the rest of the season, could some kind person enlighten me as to where it's come from?

When he was subbed on, the graphic had him as Marion. Not even Marion Kelly. Just Marion. Maybe he's a fan of John Wayne.

Thought we looked good in the first half, our patterns of play really appear to start taking shape. My pick was Scott Dann, who played like the Scott Dann of 18 months ago rather than the constantly worried looking fella we saw under Pards. Was great to see him playing confidently, he looks at home at the heart of a back 3.

We lost our way a bit when the youngsters came on, same story as last year... Looks like we have a good first team but not much depth especially going forward. My worry is that we'll need quite the turnaround of players in order to get a full squad suited to playing the way FDB wants to play.

The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.

Thought he looked sharp and quick-thinking on the ball, and he took a corner which Benteke headed onto the bar, and a wide free-kick which landed right at the far post and Luka almost put in.

Looked very effective to me. Whether he can actually make an impact in the league is a different matter but who knows.
