There seems tobe a lot of looking at the finished product when considering who should be invited to play for a Premier League club. There is also the fact that players are loaned out to develop their skills. We have seen our developing players loaned out and doing well. what about loans to other clubs and our bench, with a couple of players loaned out - one from August to end of year and then January on our bench followed by more loan & two loaned our from August to end February with Palace bench time in November and March. Clearly the loans would end were the respective players to secure Palace First Team Start Status. This would give an incentive to the receiving club (supply of developing players) to the loaned players and to potential further loan players. just my current thoughts COYP
