Evans is the sort of unglamorous signing about which people would complain but he's exactly the sort of player who would make us a better, more solid side. Teams like Stoke, who've established themselves properly in the Prem, have largely done it with this sort of signing...low profile, solid Premier League quality footballers. No, this wouldn't have me jumping out of my seat but it might be a very shrewd move.

I hear a lot about the guy from Celtic, Van Djik? Never seen him play, haven't got round to doing any YouTube or Fifa 15 scouting on him yet either haha. Celtic want 10mil for him though which could be reasonable if he is worth that and is still quite young so will have a resale value if needed unlike Coloccini or Williams would have.

On the subject of my selections I'll say why.

Yes they was all picked by looking through FUTHEAD which is the website for FIFA ultimate team. Now don't get me wrong I understand the criticism about using FIFA to find players. The thing is though what people don't seem to take into account is on ultimate team most players ( yes not all) have the correct stats as possible. Also they have a thing called team of the week and team of the season. This is mostly based on players in real life doing really well for their clubs in their leagues. So basically if you play really well then you would be picked to be in the team of the week or throughout the whole season. This is why I would say as long as they are only suggestions IMO there is nothing wrong with using futhead. Obviously I would say club status and where they finished in their leagues is important in picking suggestions of players for us to have a look at. For an example players in teams like bayern we wouldn't be able to buy but teams that finished much lower in their league could be a possibility for us.
