Read on Twitter that the offer from Palace might be more appealing to QPR because they have sell-on clause with Burnley. Therefore, a cash & player deal could be better for QPR than straight cash of which X% goes out to Burnley. If they wrap it up as £6m + 2 players, it becomes more 'undisclosed' or could be valued at £10m depending on Palace's 'valuation' of Bannan, Mariappa etc.. Trouble is, I'm not sure QPR are the type of club open to such a sneaky type of transaction ............. that would be ideal. Save a few mil and get rid of some dead wood in the process while landing a decent striker

I've just put £25 bet at 7/2 on us signing Austin and Remy. This is my first bet and could well be my last
Not sure that's a particularly good bet. You've laid out £50 with a possible return of £112.50 if we sign one of them so you're only getting 5/4 for your money.
