the times I've posted this on here, but i'll post in again anyway... Rotherham at home, 1975, we won 2-0..I wanted to go millwall with the lads from school, but my dad said 'they're mad b******s,you're not going there,jump on the bus and go palace'.......so I did, and the rest is history!! Bet you did a cut and paste. What division was that? Division 3 (league 1 to the youngsters)

March 1973 (I think).A cold damp midweek evening game. Palace 0 B'ham 0 Miserable boring game: can't remember either side having a single shot on target. But I was hooked from that evening on. Must be a glutton for punishment.

Palace 3 - 0 Ipswich Town Ricky Newman scored the opener. And then Johnny Salad and Chris Armstrong added two late goals.

So long ago I can't remember exactly, somewhere about 1949/50,sitting on the hill, losing 2 nil in 3rd division south to someone like Bournemouth or Portsmouth!.

1992 I think against Everton we won 2-0 Bright and I think coleman scored a pen could be wrong tho. remember stan collymore coming on as sub and the guy next to me shouting get your finger out stan for the whole 20 mins he was on the pitch.

The fateful day was spring 1976 a 1-1 draw at home to Halifax. Losing 1-0 but Neil Martin equalised. Followed by 0-0 draws at home to Chesterfield and Aldershot. How can you not enjoy what's happened in the last year.

First home game was in winter 1962, freezing cold and wet. 0-0 draw and I loved it. First away game was against Millwall, wear no colours, keep your head down and be prepared for anything!
