Regular changes in personnel is always an issue when trying to build some consistency so they have done remarkably well this season all things considered. You have some regulars, but you then get a mix of U18s being given a run out in place of the loans, and senior players, like Wickham, who are coming back from injury, or players who aren't getting much of a look-in in the 1st team needing to retain some match fitness. I watched one game before Christmas where I think there were 4 senior squad players in the starting line up.
