If Roy does go the end of the season then it looks like howe will take over but I wouldn't mind looking at Gerrard, I know people will say its a pub league but he has still done a great job at rangers, unbeaten this season, have won every home game since last march, wasn't bad in Europe last season, are looking good in Europe so far this season. Still too early to take the Liverpool Job and a big name in football who will have connections and attract players.

Let's say he goes unbeaten all season tho how much more can he achieve in that league, maybe he will fancy another year and see if he can have a go with them in the champions league but I'm sure not too far in the future he will be looking to move back south.

Really think that article is highly faked. First off the picture looks very photoshopped and do you really think a current manager, or in fact any person of note in the footballing world would really describe Rangers as `The Blue Scum`?

I dont think its too far fetched.
I should expect his target would be the Liverpool job, so lets say he continues for another season or 2 at Rangers, after that he'll want to prove himself (& to a prospective liverpool) that he can cut it.
Palace would be ideal in that the expectations are not that high.
Another possibility though, is he just goes straight to liverpool from Rangers?
