Instead of threads about who was our worst player lets talk about the two absolute warriors out there last night Kouyate and Cahill put everything on the line for 95 minutes and Ayew probably can't walk today after the amount of running he did last night. Lets not always slag off the worst these three are probably the main reason we got a result last night.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

I posted this after a look at North Stand Chat and saw the way they were coming on in their droves to slag off every single on of their players Players that had quite frankly battered us for all but the 36 seconds quoted on another thread We are better than that on here

I reckon they were all warriors yesterday every single one of 5hem put in a shift otherwise we would not have won. Some were more comfortable at it than others COYP

This is what I thought too. The difference between yesterday and the past few matches was the effort that they all put in. And it paid off - big time

Clinical finishing by us for which Brighton lacked and lots of luck as well :-)

I saw the title of this thread and immediately wanted to put some empty beer bottles on my fingers, start clinking them together saying “Warriors, come out to playyyyyy”
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Our defenders were superb! Blocked every shot heading towards our goal And our attacking players - two touches in the box and two goals. I can't understand why anyone is complaining about the performance - it's perfect! This ranks among some of the sweetest results I've ever seen in over 50 years of supporting Palace. I can't stop smiling today!
