Watching yesterday as a Palace fan was awful. We look like a side bereft of moral, energy, enthusiasm and understanding. All the players appeared to be lacking any sense of plan or appetite. This is not the first time this has been seen. It has been creeping in for some time. To be honest, I am very concerned today. There have been so many comments in so many places about our shortcomings on the pitch and the management but nothing significant is happening. We never seem to quite achieve. We lured in some fantastically wealthy American investors who have simply disappeared with zero cash in. Why? What actually happened? There must be some serious flaws in the agreement with them and our board which would appear to have totally unbalanced the club. Things need sorting out at board level if we are going to build on our current status. It would appear decisions are slow to be made and anyway no real plan is in place. How can it be when the owners can’t agree the finances. Their is clearly a massive gap on net worth between Parish c. £40 m and Harris c. $ 5 billion. The club, all of us members, need to be finding out what is going on. This has dragged on for three years now and it’s about time the board starts sharing with us the situation. The best I have heard is on here that relates to annual accounts. Really we are all in the dark, when there are clearly imbalances throughout that would appear to be drifting. Clearly exposed in our recent performances and ensuing valid posts everywhere

Sadly, Parish has made an error with the American owners. I remember him discussing how he is a Palace fan himself and would never do anything that would be detrimental to the club, but unfortunately that is exactly what has happened. Nobody knows what has happened behind the scenes, but what we do know in, Parish needed extra investment into the club to help progress and sold shares to the American Investors. Somewhere down the line, that relationship has been damaged or ambitions are now not matching up, leaving us without a cash injection Premier League clubs desperately need to retain their status. It feels like forever we've been waiting for the American's to leave or for Parish to sell up, but nobody is budging. I think what is clear, is the club as it is right now can not continue this way forever.

There has been substantial investment into the youth academy but I remember parish saying him and his team of original investors had to dig into their pockets to fund it. I do question what this American lot bring to the table. Maybe it’s a great deal. But if it is just helping to pay off the benteke debt and sitting along for the ride, what was the point of getting them in. Some light she’s on this would be great, because there probably is things that have gone on behind the scenes. Has there ever been any evidence of a divide between t Americans and parish?
