Yes, he had a howler. But besides that, he was absolutely sensational. We often talk as if we have only one player in the squad who could play for a top team (Wilf). This is false - Guaita could quite easily be number one for a Champions League club. We’re very, very lucky to have him. What a signing.
We're the Arthur over ere! |

He is definitely a great keeper. First goal Kane the ball did dip a lot so any GK could be deceived by that. He has saved them many times (Palace)

I agree with his view not Souness, what does he know about goalkeeping.Kane is well known for shooting earlier than most strikers before the keepers are set, combined with a wicked swerve on the ball it was not an easy save.

1) I still think there was something about the way Kane swivelled his hips and swung his leg that was deliberately deceptive. Guaita and another player were even talking about it at the end of the game. Impressive strike to me. 2) Guaita the clear MOTM, best man on the pitch for either side today. 3) I'd love to keep him, but I fear a wealthy club will snap him up soon.

He was a shot stopper but never a world beater when dealing with set pieces. Talking to people in Spain - My daughter lived there until recently - they are not obsessed with the Premier League but his performance has been noted such as they want him home!

Despite the goal conceded, Guaita was the reason we got a point. Clearly MOTM.

3 world class saves. I think he’s a keeper above our level , but will always have the odd howler. As all keepers do.

I'm sure he came over to congratulate Guaita on his performance.
