Villa v Newcastle postponed

Just seen the game above has been postponed due to Newcastle having a serious outbreak of Covid. I am hoping that as the last team to play them we are not also infected. There are some that would say you have to get close to them to catch it.....

Other European leagues have faced similar situations & have had to field teams, this is why you have a 25(TWENTY FIVE) squad. If it were Moanure, yes, but Villa/Toon, really? Without Wilf we should have said there was an outbreak and postponed our last two matches. We missed a trick there.

We missed a trick there. It is interesting, St Mirren & Kilmarnock have both been given 0-3 losses due to covid infected players being unavailable, so both teams had to postpone their fixtures. Nice to know the Toon are exempt from covid regs.

Newcastle deserve to be exempt from everything. I mean, come on, the northerners deserve something don't they? They're real football, football royalty, somehow we are always usurpers.
