Leeds, Burnley, Newcastle and West Brom. In fairness to Roy, so far this season the only game I'd expect us to win where we didn't was the Brighton game, and that been offset by the Man U game. It's early days, but points wise, we are pretty much were we should be. Our performances in general haven't been easy on the eye, but the points are ticking over. The next 4 games are against teams I think we should be beating. Roy pulled of 4 close victories in a row in February which secured us another season. I think it would be unfair to say he should get 12 points from these fixtures again, but reasonable to say 7 or 8 points is whats expected. 9 or more would be excellent. 6 would be disappointing. Less than 6 would be totally unacceptable. What's everyone else's expectations over the next 4 games?

Should pick up 7 points hopefully 9, more than that would be brilliant. I agree that less than 6 would be disappointing.

We need to be beating Burnley, Newcastle and WBA because our next 8 games don't look that promising (Spurs, West Ham, Liverpool, Villa, Leicester, Arsenal, Sheff U and Citeh). If we can pick up 8 points from those 8 games we will have done well.

I think the Wolves first-half showing might help provide a wake-up call for the Leeds game. Schlupp said that Roy made some slight adjustments at half time and we definitely looked less open in the second half. A draw against Leeds and a couple of wins would be a great return. Roy is usually very good at grinding out results in these games, but I doubt any of them will be easy based on how we've played this season. I'd be a lot more confident if either Tomkins or Cahill can replace Dann.

Hopefully Ward and Mitchell back as well will give us a sounder footing to pick up points over this 4 game period. Think these games will define our season in relation to mid table or fighting the drop with harder matches to follow?

Agreed, solid back 4 of Ward and Mitchell in the full back positions and then a combo of Kouyate, Cahill and Tomkins in the middle of defence. 7 points from the next 4 should be the minimum. We shouldn't be getting humiliated either in any of those games too

If you offered me 4 points from the next 4 games I’d probably twist, but I’d stick on 5pts. I don’t think we’ll get more then that. You never know however depends on which Palace turns up each time.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

A win and a draw would give us 14 points from 11 games. Can’t see us getting anything more than that but if we did I’d be delighted.

If we can average 1.5 pts per game over the season I would be delighted. After 11 games 17pts would be fine. So that needs 7 from next four.Next 8 not easy at all,we might get 5pts from them. So in order to be 1.5pts per games after 19 need 27pts. If only 5 pts from games 12-19 then we need to have 22 pts after 11.That is not possible unless we win all 4. We need to have a surprise or two in games 12-19.
