I though he was great against the glory hunters, his best game in a very long time.

Absolutely superb, despite being overweight and not match fit, still ended up being the best centre back on the pitch, outshone Greek boy.

If he could play every week, us fans wouldn't be in such a hurry, to get rid of him.

If Scott Dann had been fit Sakho probably wouldn’t have played.

If Cahill had been fit, or if Tomkins had been fit, Dann wouldn't have played even though he was unfit allowing Sakho to play.

Don't get what your point is?

I guess he's suggesting that Sakho's good performance yesterday contributed to us winning the game. Yet the situation of him playing only came about through more bad luck with injuries. It's a funny old game.

must have been the reason he was wearing a oversized shirt,

best CB ever to play for the club in my lifetime.

Big shout though. We’ve had Leon Cort and Claude Davies, Tony Craig even

Had a cracker yesterday and he is well capable of that sort of performance.

Sadly he is a ticking time bomb, regularly injured and reportedly on £100k per week. We also have Cahill, Tompkins, Dann, Kelly & Kouyate as other decent centre back options.

His performances under Allardyce kept us up and he’s a hero for that. For the reasons stated above, I’d sell him if there’s a willing buyer.

Great that he came through 90 minutes unscathed but strange that Kelly didn't get his chance. Maybe MS is now in the shop window and a good performance against ManUre is an ideal start before the window shuts.
