Commentating on our win he seemed genuinely upset that Manure lost. What a t**ser. He always acts like he's so much bigger than our club and doesn't like to even associate himself with us. Never forget where you've come from mate and who gave you your big break.

Don’t know what you were watching. He was moaning about how poor they were but on several occasions said thanks nothing away from palace they were excellent.

That's the same Ian Wright who we never heard from in all our Championship years and nowadays on MOTD professes himself to being big mates with Parish ?
The same Ian Wright who kissed his Arsenal badge after scoring in front of our fans at Highbury ?
The same Ian Wright who is proclaimed as 'Ex-Arsenal Legend' (and grizzling media whore) ?
Should move on from this ex-player who sadly doesn't have seemingly the wit or courtesy to remember that without us and after having been earlier rejected by Brentford and our friends on the south coast, he may well not have got any further than Greenwich Borough!!

Obviously not that big a mate of SP's otherwise he'd be sat in the stands with Brighty, was great when he played but he's forever Red. Brighty, Ambrose & Morrison & others are still huge supporters & followers of the club, kissing THAT badge showed Wrighty never was.

Red & Blue since 73'

I really hope Wilf does not go to Arsenal. Ian Wright is typical top 6 wannabee pundit. Wilf deep down has a better personality and deserves a more reasonable club than Arsenil

Big up the Palace!!!!

Heard from a lot of fans that were there that prior to kissing the badge he had been getting racially abused all day. No idea if its true but if that was the case, I could absolutely understand kissing the badge. But yes he most certainly is Arsenal through and through.

There was no racism but there was the song:

‘Ian Wright is illegitimate
He ain’t got no birth certificate
He’s got AIDS and can’t get rid of it
He’s an Arsenal b@stard’

I’m not even sure it was sung in the ground tbh

Plus he claimed someone painted something on his mum’s house or wall.

That answers that then. Not racist but still abusive (no issue with songs against players btw) which would explain why he'd then kiss the badge.

I did say I’m not sure it was sung in the ground or at him.
