What do I think?
I'm disgusted to be honest. The big clubs will be happy and the smaller ones (like us) will continue to be disadvantaged. Don't the top have a big enough advantage already?

It will be interesting to see how teams adapt.

More tactical flexability, a faster game, and more oportunities for fringe players will probably add an extra element to the game.

Eddy Jones refers to his subs as the finishers. With that many useable subs managers will have to think of them in that way.

It will most likely help the bigger teams, but I don't think we will be too adversley effected compared to the teams around us.

It's still down to the Prem whether they want to adopt it though isn't it?

Will it be the kind of thing that is voted upon by all clubs. I really hope it does not pass. Way too much advantage to big teams.

Teams coming up will be at the biggest disadvantage. Meaning it the incumbents are less likely to be relegated.

The drinks/tactics breaks will be next to come in permanently..

You'll end up with squads like ours having so much deadwood in their squads as they have to keep extra players to make up the bench.
