No doubt the ground look great emblazoned in Red n' Blue, but should we not have some cardboard supporters too? Thinking of the 15,000 Leeds 'fans' and and Man City faces depicted on their ground...

Just let our football do the talking (well, if we have recovered from last Wednesday's thrashing)

For a moment I thought the new Main Stand stand had been built since the Watford match in March.

The non PL grounds tend to look better than the PL ones. Leeds looked good, they even got the wind to knock the first few rows over to look as if they had gone to the bar 5 minutes before half time. I'm not keen on the big seats covers with inane quotes on them. Goodison has probably looked the best PL ground I have seen.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

They could have offered an option to season ticket holders to have cardboard fans which I would have taken and some 'profit' could have gone back into the club

If they can fake the crowd noise for the telly, why can’t they put green screens over the seats and fake an image of a big crowd?

The other issue with it is it can clash with some colours so they would have to make the ball, shirts etc all set colours so it makes it more hassle then its worth this is why green street stuff is done in controlled settings.

A cardboard cut out is a great idea as I could take turns with it to decide which of us goes to home games next season!

All the Br1-3ton cut-outs have gone missing for the second half against manure. Just like the real thing
I disengage, I turn the page. |
