Now we are mathematically safe ... what’s the highest number of points we’ve ever got in the Premier league?
They say hard work never hurt anyone ... but why take a chance? |

Are we mathematically safe?
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

No mathematically safe, but like 99.897161237@ likely to be safe. As to max points. yeah 49 last season. Dare we start thinking about Europe ? 7th spot would do it, with Leicester, Man City, Chelski and ManUtd still in the FA cup.

It would be nice to get to 50 points but we have some tough games coming up. I am praying that Everton do us a favour today and take points off the Scousers that way they won't be able to win the title when we play them midweek. That said I would love to spoil their party Crystanbul 2 just "when they thought it was safe...."

A perfect opportunity against Liverpool to equal our best-ever winning streak in the Prem.
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |

Last season was the most points for a 38 game season. I think we also got the same points in a 42 game season but not sure about that.
