I wonder why we haven't submitted our accounts for 2016/17 on time?

They have to be posted to Companies House due to the size of the company. Can take them a few weeks to put them up once received. But in any case you can't compare the transfer market and filing accounts.

It is law that a company must submit it's accounts to Companies House within nine months of it's year end so hardly a case of making mountains out of molehills and if companies of the size and complexity of Barclays Bank can get their accounts prepared, audited and filed within four months of their year end there is something amiss at CPFC 2010 Ltd
