Being an idiot i made a comment on a friends facebook post concerning the bass player from rush whos name i believe is Jeddy Lee.I thought i was being funny by saying that since the death of Lemmy that this man must rank as the ugliest bass player in music. To my shock i had posted this on the offical Rush facebook page which has millions of followers.I think i know how Salmen Rushdie felt after the satanic versus offended the muslim world.Do i post an apology or just lie low.

The problem is that Rush fans are a bit like the church of the latter day saints. Retract it now all you want but I bet you'll start to see armed men patrolling past your house in the back of a pick-up truck. A witness protection type scheme is all you can hope for now. A name change, some hair dye and a night time flit to another country would be the bare minimum. I hope you don't have too many ties to the UK my friend.

the last post has me very concerned i have decided to Play Tom Sayer on repeat at full volume to see if that will protect me from the Rush Police

I f**king hate Rush fans, and fail to understand how they and Kiss, are still a thing. Also, Iron Maiden, Queen and Marillion. Ok, I'm not saying these aren't decent bands, with their moments, but f**k me, there are people out there who I swear have never listened to any other band. Also Dead Heads, arguably the Dead barely released anything really good since American Beauty in 1970, yet they were still a thing until 1995 when Garcia finally died.
