Says some bulls*** piece of legislation from the EU.

What a waste of time and money that is. It's been going on for a long time with no problems and newspapers will be dead in a few years anyway.

Optimistic as ever

Ha ha ha. The EU really don't help themselves do they?

The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.

When i was in my early teens, my dad had a paper shop (it blew away )
Twas my job to go in at half 5 and mark up the papersfor the 12 different rounds and then cover for any of the paper boys and girls that didn't show up.

Hated it, but taught me about the value of hard work. I used to get paid more if I covered other rounds.

I won the regional paper boy of the year award (it was a fix) and got a bmx as a prize.

Unfortunately, my parents gave the bike to my brother as a birthday prsent.

I had a paper round and used to earn 5 times more money from filling my paper sack with goods from the shop and selling them at School than the actual round itself. I never felt guilty as my sister worked as a shop girl before i started and was sacked for being off sick one day, he owed her two days money and never paid up so i used to give her sweets and packets of fags borrowed from the shop.
