Being as we are a established premier league side now doing very well for ourselves I think we should be looking at bringing in young players full of potential like 19 year old Teddy Bishop from Ipswich Town and thinking to the future. He really is quality and looks like the skilful player that could do very well in a team with the likes of Cabaye, Bolasie and Zaha. He plays central Midfield so even to have him on the bench to bring on for a tired McArthur would be good while he is still learning his game. Thoughts?
