Why on earth would we buy any players in the January Sales who by the way would be at massively inflated prices due to clubs panic buying. I believe we have what we need to see us through to the end of the season and hopefully finish in the top half of the league. We can then take a look at areas where we might need to bolster up and progress for the following season. I'm sure AP would rather jog before we start sprinting. Lets give the lads in the team time to really gell and lets see what happens. The spirit is there.

Why on earth would we buy any players in the January Sales who by the way would be at massively inflated prices due to clubs panic buying. I believe we have what we need to see us through to the end of the season and hopefully finish in the top half of the league.
We can then take a look at areas where we might need to bolster up and progress for the following season. I'm sure AP would rather jog before we start sprinting. Lets give the lads in the team time to really gell and lets see what happens. The spirit is there.

The are areas we need strengthening and also areas that need to be trimmed. Also another striker is a neccessity as we have strikers prone to injury.

And he cost us only £3m now worth £10m+ not a bad deal

His team mates hated him (possibly because they took exception to him going after Tim Krul with a knife after training) and they all rejoiced when Pardew forced him out.
