Outrageously talented youth player at Barca, looked brilliant after coming on yesterday against United. Simply cannot believe West Ham could snatch him for under £5m especially for a 19 year old!! Most probably above us, but must be worth over £10m in the current market. Worth a cheeky bid?

We don't need unproven 19-year olds, especially for £5m and we don't need any more attacking midfielders. WH can have him; I'd rather we bought on some of our own young players and spent the cash on a CB and a proven striker.

Think we need to look beyond the relative age and experience of the player in this case. At £5m it's a total bargain with relatively little risk. He has a sell-on value due to his potential, and has clear technical ability and passing range. This was made evident by the fact that not only Barca's but Arsenal's scouting team pursued him. The major factor that is pushing Halilovic away from Barca is the Barca B Development side's relegation to the third tier. He wants an opportunity to prove his worth at the top tier.

He will never ever leave for £5m, Barcelona are known for bringing top youth to the highest level and this kid is hyped up to be the next Modric. I suspect the story is complete fabricated bulls***
