Sorry guys there's probably an Ulloa thread somewhere but I couldn't find it. Personaly, I'd much rather the Austin rumours continued!

Ulloa is decent but we should probably be aiming higher, (strange typing that out)

Would be worth it just to piss on the chips of our friends down the road.

Take out the first 5 matches of the season last year and he got 6 goals in 32 appearances including subs. Nowhere near good enough. We've already got much better than that in Murray and Gayle.

With all due respect, why would your ake out the first 5 matches when he scored a fair few goals...is just to suit an argument?

If we did they same & took out the 5 matches murray scored his goals he wouldn't have looked very goods or the season either.

For what it's worth I think ulloa is probably better & similar to murray, but not that much better for itv to be worth spending 10m on.

If we sign Remy and if Campbell and Gayle both move on, Ulloa would be a very good signing as a back up striker. As a number one striker, no.

Far better option and value than Austin.

Just interested in why you think he is a better option than Austin? Price aside.

ulloa, 11 in 38
murray, 7 in 20

might be in our side ulloa would put more away but for 10m, i'd rather bump mariappa and campbell's wages off and nab austin.

not that i've seen 10m actual anywhere

Possibly because it shows that he was worked out after coming into the league as an 'unkown' afterwhich he was awful...even though the club went on to have a purple patch...which is when you'd be expecting him to have filled his boots (?)

He wasnt good 'value' at the £9m that Leicester got him for...

I think he was being played in the hole in the latter part of the sason, he looks a good player but we don't really need another one who plays in the hole, we need a proper out and out striker, so no.
