What's the best way to catch a musical up London?

Is it better to book it or can you get cheaper just turning up?

There are other similar sites but this is, I think, the most reliable.

Depends what you want to see. Some of the blockbuster ones like Les Mis do tend to get booked up in advance as they get block booked as packages for tourists. Some of the less well known ones do sell tickets pretty much on the day via booking agencies or even places like Groupon.

See tickets are always sending me offers but if you are up in London it's always worth bowling up on the day to see what they've got

Forget the West End.

Superfly's ones are much better. And you get free ear plugs rather than those poncey binoculars.

If you're going to turn up on the day, then obviously you don't have the same level of choice. The only "half-price ticket booth" worth using is 'tkts' in Leicester Square. The rest are all rip-off merchants.

The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.

I'm gutted I've got nothing to plug (Addams Family was a fortnight ago)

There's a Mozart opera in Blackheath next month

If that's not your thing then you'll have to wait until November. Watch telly till then.
