Two recent observations regarding Tote Bags: 1. Is it trendy to carry a Tote Bag with a message on it, to the effect of 'If you do not recycle you have more blood on your hands than a Haitian Death Squad'? I have seen a lot of this type of 'look at me I am aware of the World and care, therefore I carry a Tote Bag witha message written on it so everyone can know' Tote Bag being carried recently;

It's short for 'Totes amazeballs' which is what kids say when they think something is pretty good but it's uncool to be enthusiastic in English.

Just googled them myself, they are shopping bags surely. Blokes never carry shopping bags,thats what your mum did.

I think it is a lot naff for a man to carry a tote bag. My wife bought one from Coles supermarket a few years ago, it had Coles on the side and we use it for shopping at Coles! A man should carry a man bag, on the basis that they are men.
Most certainly not European. |
